I was nothing like my mother. I was an independent, free spirit, and my mother hated it. She was jealous and didn't like the competition. I wanted to find out what sex was all about. So one night, after a drive-in movie, my date and I drove to the middle school parking lot and had sex. It was awkward and horrible.
