When my son was born

I was in labor for 32 hours. My husband was with me all the time, coaching me through the contractions and feeding me ice chips. When birth was imminent, he started taking movies. He wanted to take pictures of the baby coming out but I wouldn't let him. Knowing him, he'd show it to everyone and I didn't want the world to see that part of me. When they put my son in my arms, it was the most wonderful feeling in the world.
