My favorite Christmas present

Christmas was always a big deal at our house, fun and exciting. I was one of eight children and my parents were extremely frugal. So we didn't get gifts any other time of the year except Christmas. The children picked names out of a hat and bought that child a gift. Then my parents would buy each of us a gift. One of my favorite gifts was this giant, life-sized stuffed Tiger from my brother gave me. I slept with it every night until I was about 14.
