Truly Connecting, Slumber Party

When I was seventeen, my friends and I got together at one of their houses to have a slumber party. We thought it would be a nice carefree night with nothing too major happening, but then we decided to play truth or dare, and some of the things that came out of the conversation were shocking. That started all of us talking, speaking about things that were so private, we never thought to say them out loud, but it was amazing. Being so open and being so accepted for everything about you. It was, as I said, amazing, and I'll always remember that night, and those friends.
