The House Burnt Down

I saw it while walking home from my 5th grade class. The roof of their house was covered in thick black smoke, and as I got closer, I could see the flames that were bursting from the windows.

The black smoke covered the neighborhood, and when the ambulances and fire trucks left that day, the only thing left of the house was the charred remains of the things they had had inside. Everything was black and burnt, and I could see the people that owned the house were very sad as they tried to rummage through the rubble and try to find something not burnt.
