Breaking up is hard to do

I didn't understand why she was crying. We were both so unhappy with each other. Miserable even. There's no way she could really want to stay with me, but for some reason, she didn't want to leave either.

The night I told her we had to end things was horrible. I had tried to get her to leave my house, but she wouldn't go. She was convinced she could give me second thoughts, but I had spent to much time thinking about it already. I got so annoying trying to convince her that I left my own house, and asked her to be gone by morning.
