Having my tonsils taken out

My parents took me to the Children's Ears, Nose and Throat Hospital. It was the first trauma of my life. My parents kept telling me I was going to eat ice cream every day. So I was excited. But as soon as I walked in, the terrible smell hit me. The people looked mean and I didn't like them. I kicked and screamed. I wanted to go home. No amount of ice cream was worth this.
