Winning a scholarship

When I was 17, I applied for a bunch of colleges all around the state. My mama told me she wanted to me to go to a private Christian college, but we didn't have the money for it. So we sat up all night writing applications for scholarships. One day I came home from my internship at BitRate and saw an envelope on my bed. It was from the U of Minnesota. I opened it up and nearly jumped for joy when I read I had been accepted and given a full-ride scholarship. My parents were so happy, they took me out to dinner that night and let me order whatever I liked, so I ordered the lobster.
