When my Dad died

My Dad was 98 year old when he died. By then, he was all hunched over from scoliosis and had lost most of his teeth. His mind also drifted in and out. So it sometimes talking to him was strained. Even though he didn't spend time with us as children, I always felt his love and strength. Saying good-bye to him was more difficult than I ever thought it would be.
