Tropical Paradise

It was the surprise of all surprises. My husband took me away for my thirtieth birthday, planned the whole thing himself without me knowing a thing. He even packed my bag and I didn't know until he woke me up and told me to get dressed, finding out only at the gate where we were headed. I played the whole thing over in my head as I lay there on the lounge chair with him, he could be so sweet sometimes. I reached over and kissed him sweetly, telling him how much he loved me. There was no sign of that old bad boy, he was a grown man and one so in love as he had planned this amazing trip, all just for us. I felt so content and relaxed, laying there with him, while the sun beat down on us.
