Tough Dad

"You don't know what its like!" I screamed at my dad, "Its not fair! You just don't understand!"

"I don't need to understand," He spat at me, "If your under my roof, your under my rules!"

"That's fucked up! I wont stay here!" I said it and immediately regretted cussing. His hand game at me like a hidden snake, as he struck me across my right cheek.

I turned and looked at him with a tear in my eye, just staring at him. I was as tall as he was at 14, and I think I saw a tiny glint of fear in his hardened eyes. I couldn't take it, and ran to my room and slammed the door.
