The Pain Is Nothing

You think you know what you're in for when you give birth. You really don't. It really is the worst pain you could imagine having. No, worse than the worst pain you could imagine, because there is no way you could imagine so much pain. But in the end, it is worth it. To hold your child in your arms for the first time, even if your face is red, and your eyes are full of tears, both of pain and joy. Knowing that you just achieved the greatest thing you could ever do, bring a child into the world.
