The Orphanage

It took me two years to be adopted from the time that I went into the orphanage to the time I left. At first, no one wanted to adopt a kid who was still mourning his first parents, and then later... I don't know why it took so long. I just remember the time at the orphanage as being miserable. It wasn't that the orphanage was bad either, it's just that there was no way I could be happy at that time. My parents were gone and no one wanted to take care of me.
