That's When I Knew

I'll never forget the first concert I ever went to. It was some band my parents liked, and they took me with them because they couldn't find someone to take care of me. I'm certainly glad I went, because even though it was so loud, and even though I couldn't see much as everyone was standing and I was still relatively short, the energy and the feelings coming from those playing and those watching were electric. I could feel it in the air, hear it in the music. And it was at that moment that I realized that was what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
