Sending Mixed Signals

I'm not a prude, but I'm not a complete slut either, which some guys just don't get. I dated this one guy in college who was a real creep. I suppose he heard that I wasn't adverse to putting out, and so expected it from me. But he expected it from me way too soon, like first date too soon. He walked me to my apartment (I had one on campus) and asked to come inside for a drink. I knew what he wanted, but I thought I'd taunt him before sending him on his way. The moment he got up there, he was on me. I had to hit him with a book to get him to let go of me. I've been a little more careful with how much I toy with men since.
