Papa Was A Rolling Stone

When I was ten, my dad got promoted in his job, which was very good for us financially, but because of his new position, he was always away on business, which really took it's toll on both me and my mother. I know that my mom didn't like not having him around, and after a while, it started to affect me too. I don't know, maybe I'm just looking for a reason why I ended up being such a bad teenager. But my mom started to get a little more uptight as well without my father there to help around the house. They never really got divorced, but I know they were thinking about it several times.
