My first love

Like almost everyone, I had "crushes" in high school. But the first time I felt like I was really in love was in my sophomore year in college. It lasted about seven months, and I thought I would die when we broke up. The last I heard about him several years later was that he was deep into alcoholism. As always, God was looking after me.
