Little confused sister

I have a sister and she needs help. Shes 14 and going down the wrong road. she lost her virginity when she was 12, she is doing drugs, doesn't live at home, has told me she was going to kill herself and the list keeps going. She says she hates me and wishes i would die but all i want is to get her some help
