Learning that my mother died

We were trying to make arrangements to bring my mother to the U.S. when she got sick and died. I had been looking forward to having her live with us and spend her last years in peace and comfort. I also wanted her to get to know my husband and beautiful children. But that was not to be. She died in the hospital from pneumonia.
