I was in a coma

People in Pennsylvania can't drive, I swear. One day I was minding my own business, walking down the sidewalk along a pretty busy street, when suddenly I heard these tires screeching behind me. I had just enough time to look around before I got hit so hard they say I came out of my shoes.

I can remember looking down a tunnel and listening to people talking about me, but I couldn't seem to focus on them very well, nor could I tell how much time had passed.

Finally I woke up, and the doctors said I had been in a coma for three weeks. It really freaked me out. It was almost like a near-death experience, only instead of seeing heaven, I was just down in a dark hole. Freaking weird.
