I can't give up on him

I loved him so much, how could I give up on him. It wasn't easy to go through the fights, or the late nights, but I was determined to keep my commitment to him. I hadn't vowed to death do us part, just to throw it away because we were having tough times.

I was sure that I could help him with his drinking problem, I just had to find some sort of way to get him to admit he had a problem, without shoving it down his throat. As I waited for him to get home that night from the bar, I spent the whole time contemplating how to bring about his realization.
