Fun in the Kitchen

We always did everything together as a family. We grew a big garden together, each picking things that we wanted to grow to make it complete. I loved when the vegetables would start growing, that meant that we would spend time in the kitchen. We'd make salsa, can vegetables and jams, my mom was such a master. I loved to be there in the kitchen with my mom and my dad, hanging out, being together, and just talking as we created something from our very own garden.
