First Job (door to door)

Kirby company was not afraid to hire on a young salesman. I remember when I found out why. 15 year olds have a picture in the dictionary under gullible. I was no exception. They lured me into the job with talk of large paychecks and easy work, and made sure to leave out all the fine print details.

I spent my first day at their head quarters, learning the in's and out's of using the latest Kirby model. It really was an awesome machine. A highly overpriced machine, but still. After I had been there for 4 hours, they decided I was okay to take a vacuum home, to practice with. With thoughts of cleaning the floors and everything else, I put the large box in my car and speed home.
