First Concert Madonna

I idolized her, just worshipped her. I had her posters on the wall, had all of her records and just thought that she was the coolest thing ever. My mom handed me an envelope for an early birthday present one day and I quickly tore into it-there they were, tickets to the Madonna concert. I literally jumped up and down, so beside myself, so beyond excited! I counted down the days until we could go see her, so grateful that my mom understood and that she'd take me to my very first concert for my hero, my very idol.
