Finally Asking The Big Question

A few months ago, I was ready to take the final step. It was clear to me for a while that I never wanted to lose Kelsey, but there was still something that held me back, that prevented me from going the last few steps. Until, as I said, a few months ago. I realized that I might lose her if I kept hesitating, and that made me jump into action. I got a ring, and was going to propose in a very romantic way, but then when I saw her the next time, with the ring in the pocket of my jacket, I just asked. She said "Hi" and I said, "Will you marry me?" She just looked at me for a moment, and then started crying. I was scared for a moment, and then she just kissed me, and I knew it was a yes.
