Falling in love

Jessica was this girl who was the drummer of a punk rock back in Alameida, and I had a serious crush on her for the longest time. One evening we went to a house party at a friend's place and she was there. We sat on the couch and drank beers and just talked while we ignored the rest of the party. Then we went back to her place. She had a studio apartment by the I-5 that was way overpriced, but her dad helped her rent it. Though I had really just met her, we made love and it was fantastic. The next day I was sure I was in love, but she never returned my phone calls and I heard she was running around with some other guy later that week. I was devastated but learned a real lesson.
