Dealing with erectile dysfunction

I had started dating this wealthy, powerful man. He wasn't that attractive physically, but he had this special aura about him that just drew me in.

The first time we went to bed together was a disaster. He was a great lover as far as foreplay was concerned. But when the time came to do the deed, he couldn't perform. We chalked it up to nervousness. But the problem persisted. Nothing I did made him get an erection. (This was before Viagra.)

So we'd end up sitting in bed naked, watching TV or reading. I convinced myself that the problem would eventually go away. But it never did. Soon he began implying that the problem was my fault. And before I could break up with him, he broke up with me.
