Birthday Bash

We were going to grandma and grandpa's to celebrate all of the cousin's birthdays. We arrived at nine and my aunts and uncles and cousins were all already there. We all hugged and placed our gifts on the table. Then it was play time. We ran around in the summer sun, playing tag and hurling water balloons at each other while the adults sipped drinks and laughed at us from the deck. After lunch we opened presents and sang a crazy out-of- tune version of Happy Birthday. Then we spent the afternoon playing together with our new toys. Mom and dad held hands and laughed with everyone. I didn't want to day to ever end.
