Being deceived and betrayed

After my husband graduated from film school, things started to go down hill right I had a high pressure job, paid all the bills, cooked all the meals, and did all the housework while he just sat around a home or hanging out with his film-school cronies waiting for his big break to happen. He spent money like crazy but refused to take any job other than directing because he felt anything else was beneath him.

In the summer, a sorority sister of mine came for a visit. She wanted to use my husband's connections in the film community. One afternoon, I came home early from work and found them in bed together. The pain of their betrayal was more excruciating than I can put into words. That was the end of my friendship and my marriage. I filed for divorce.
