A Not So Nice Surprise

I was so in love with my first real boyfriend that I didn't see the signs. The distance he was putting between us, the way that he wouldn't want to see me on certain days. I had no idea he was cheating on me until I came over to his house, letting myself in, and walked in on him sleeping with another woman. I was heartbroken. I left, didn't talk to him, and just cried for days. My friends had to convince me to let him talk to me, but we didn't get back together. Our relationship was ruined, but I guess it's for the best. My life is much better having him out of it.
